This policy covers roggger.com, our early-access waitlist, and the Roggger application. Roggger helps businesses classify incoming enquiries and route them to destinations they configure. Features and availability may change during early access.
We use information to create and secure accounts, classify and deliver enquiries, show routing history, apply usage limits, respond to support requests, send requested early-access and service emails, and prevent abuse. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, account and service administration rely on performance of our contract; security, service reliability, and consent recordkeeping rely on legitimate interests; legally required records rely on legal obligations. Optional website analytics relies on your consent. You can withdraw that consent through Cookie settings at any time.
Joining the waitlist requests early-access communications; it does not enable analytics. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails using their unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Necessary account and service messages are separate.
For our own account, waitlist, and website information, we act as a controller. For enquiries a business submits for routing, that business determines the purpose of processing and Roggger acts as its processor under the applicable agreement. Businesses must have a lawful basis, give appropriate notices, and obtain any required consent before sending personal data. If your information was submitted by a Roggger customer, contact that business first; we will assist it with requests as appropriate. Contact us before use if you require a data processing agreement or transfer terms.
Our service uses Cloudflare for hosting and request delivery; Supabase for authentication and database storage; Resend for waitlist/contact management and email delivery; and Typesafe AI’s Jev API to classify message text against your configured criteria. Classification sends extracted message text and label descriptions to that API. Destinations you configure, such as Slack or a CRM/webhook service, receive the information needed for delivery and, for generic webhooks, may receive the full incoming payload. Those destinations have their own privacy terms.
Google Analytics is used only on the public website after you opt in. It is not loaded on authenticated application pages. GrainQL is no longer loaded. We do not sell personal information or use advertising cookies. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or our service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Our providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable law requires protection for international transfers, relevant adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards must cover those transfers. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your use of the service.
Account settings and routing history are retained while needed to operate your account, unless deleted earlier. Routing logs do not currently have an automatic age-based deletion schedule. Waitlist information is retained to manage early access until you unsubscribe or request deletion; limited suppression information may remain to respect your opt-out. Request account or routing-history deletion by email. We may retain information needed for legal obligations, security, or disputes, and backup copies may persist until the provider’s normal expiry cycle.
Your browser’s cookie choice lasts up to 180 days. Consent receipts are retained for up to 12 months and removed by a daily cleanup, so removal can take up to one additional day. Google Analytics browser cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. Data already collected by providers is subject to their retention settings; withdrawing consent stops future optional collection and does not itself delete past analytics records.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal information, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email privacy@roggger.com; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to your local data protection authority. We respect a supported Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional analytics off. Browser-level preferences apply to that browser, not automatically to every device.
We use HTTPS, authentication, access controls, and server-side credentials to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Roggger is a business tool for adults and is not intended for children under 18. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information unless we have expressly agreed appropriate arrangements. We may update this policy as the service changes and will provide additional notice where required.
